Recent Events

April 15, 2015, We enjoyed a very informative and entertaining presentation on Carnival Glass. We were able to study a large collection (two tables full) of specimens of the many different colors and styles as well as the amazing story of this beautiful artform.

Upcoming Events

May 2 and 3 - SPRING EVENT - The official opening of the Hack House for the season, Milan Garden Club on hand selling perennials, and Milan Seniors for Healthy Living will have beautiful hanging flower baskets for sale.

May 10th, MOTHER’S DAY – Hack House closed

June 12 and 13, HACK HOUSE GARAGE SALE (Hours: 10am to 4pm Friday; 10am to 3pm Saturday)

June 21, FATHER’S DAY – Hack House closed

July 5, Closed for July 4th weekend

July 12, DOLL SHOW & LUNCH ($5.00 per person charge) mothers, grandmothers, aunts, special friend – bring a special young lady to enjoy a tour of modern & antique dolls and unique doll houses.

October 4, FALL FESTIVAL – Celebrate harvest time on the farm and many vendors selling their wares – food available on site.

December 12, HOLIDAY TEA (call 439-1297 for ticket information).

Friend-Hack House Museum

OPEN EVERY MAY THROUGH OCTOBER

Sundays on the Porch (1:00pm - 4:00pm)

See examples of real farm equipment in operation, see antique furnishings and appliances. New displays are being set out all the time. Never a dull moment! Free and open to the public, but donations are accepted.

The Hack House will be closed on May 10th, June 21st and July 5th.
